Yoga for P.E. is an instructional video made to help P.E. teachers learn to instruct yoga in their classes. It’s great for instructors and students to follow along with the DVD and is also perfect for days when a substitute lesson is needed. The DVDs are separated into 2 parts: Part 1 breaks down individual poses; Part 2 is the flow series involving all the poses. A safe form of exercise for all age groups and ability levels. Also valuable teaching tools for special education and adaptive PE students.
Volume 1 focuses on the basic yoga poses creating a well-rounded base for the students to begin experimenting with many different poses. The instructor is able to click to each individual pose or view them all together. Part 2 flows all the poses together in a traditional yoga class format.
