The Quick Ladder is a 15' long flat rung agility ladder that quickly improves acceleration, lateral speed, and change of direction while enhancing balance, rhythm and body control. Ladder is 15' long and 15" from rung to rung. Consists of 11 rungs and has durable nylon straps. Heavy-duty design allows for high intensity training. Includes carry bag, ground stakes, and 6-week progressive training workout plan.
