Instapulse heartrate monitors are fast and accurate. Simply grasp the unit with two hands around the metal contact rings and your pulse is quickly calculated and displayed on the digital readout. The 7" unit does not fit into the optional wall or floor mounts. Each unit uses a 9 volt battery (included).
