The Dot Drill Mat is used to improve agility and speed. Use the Dot Drill Mat to drill multiple footwork patterns to improve quickness, reaction, and balance. Start with two feet and progress to single foot drills. Position multiple mats in a row to increase the challenge. Dots on the mat are actual cut outs for foot positioning.
The Dot Drill Mat is constructed from (1/8)" black rubber. 40" x 48" with 6" diameter holes cut out of the rubber mat. Easy to transport.
