Use these dual sided, 1/2" thick foam mats for testing curl-ups at all ages and for general fitness activities. Black lines on one end measure 3" between the lines; the other measures 4-1/2" between the lines. Each top quality mat features black lines created using heavy-duty nylon webbing that has been sewn in place. The webbing provides students with a tactile response and helps eliminate guessing.
These dual sided mats may be flipped over for a smooth side with no black webbing that can be used for traditional fitness activities. Mats roll up for easy storage. 24" W x 48" L. Sold as a set of 6, including 1 of each color.
