For people using our catalog, this quick order form is a convenient and fast tool for creating an order. The number of items in the shopping cart and the value will display on the left side of the screen.
1. Enter each item number and the quantity desired in the appropriate space.
2. Click "Add to cart".
3. If your order has more than 5 items, enter the first 5 and click "Add to cart". The screen will clear for entering more items.
4. When finished, click "Review Cart" to continue. All items in the cart will display and you will have an opportunity to make changes.
