Station To Station CDs are uniquely formatted to manage student movement. Simply divide your class into stations with a different activity at each station. The music will act as a que for the children to know when to begin and end each activity.

When the music starts, the children will perform the designated activity. When the music stops, the students stop their activity and rotate to the next station. When the music starts again, the students begin their next activity.

Disc has 6 tracks of the following intervals of music:
Track 1: 30-sec. intervals, 15-sec. breaks (4:30)
Track 2: 30-sec. intervals, 30-sec. breaks (6:00)
Track 3: 1-min. intervals, 15-sec. breaks (7:30)
Track 4: 2-min. intervals, 15-sec. breaks (13:30)
Track 5: 3-min. intervals, 15-sec. breaks (19:30)
Track 6: 3-min. intervals, 30-sec. breaks (21:00).

Each track provides 6 music intervals to use for 6 stations. If more than 6 stations are desired, simply repeat the track.

Also acts as a CD-ROM providing several lesson plan templates, task cards & more.
